The U.S. Embassy is offering limited appointments for American Citizen Services during the period of the COVID-related lockdown and curfew currently in effect. The American Citizen Services unit will remain open and will respond to requests for appointments in cases of genuine emergencies. U.S. citizens with emergency situations may contact BeirutACS@state.gov to request an appointment. The U.S. Embassy will send an updated message when routine consular operations resume and post this information on the Embassy website.
