It is mandatory that the company designate a liaison that speaks and writes English.
The contractor shall comply with all Security Requirements and Procedures regarding personnel that are designated to work on Embassy premises and residences.

RFQ # 19LE2022Q0003 – Construction of a Water Well Treatment Plant / Reverse Osmosis System at the U.S. Embassy Beirut. Interested vendors are requested to send an email to ContractingBeirut@state.gov to receive a copy of the RFQ.
Project magnitude: It is anticipated that the range in price of this contract will be: $26,000 – $36,000.
New Embassy Compound (NEC)
